Instructions
1- Prepare Saucepan:

2- Boil Mixture:
- Heat the mixture until it starts boiling.
- Add 100 grams of steel-cut oats or barley.
3- Cook Oats or Barley:
- Stir occasionally and let it boil for approximately 15 minutes or until the soup thickens.
4- Add Milk:
- Pour in 250 ml of milk, reduce the heat to medium-low.
- Continue cooking for about 10 more minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
5- Serve and Garnish:
- Remove from the heat, and serve the soup hot.
- Garnish each serving with a sprinkle of crushed dried thyme, optionally add a drizzle of olive oil before serving.
