OCD POSH Curation Report #1738

Hello everyone! This is the 1738th compilation post of OCD POSH Curation initiative. Due to the changes in Twitter's API, the automatic comments generated by @poshtoken once you share a Hive post to Twitter have been stopped. This doesn't mean that PoSH nominations will stop. Instead of relying on the automated comment, we can revert to manual checking and curation as a temporary measure while the PoSH website has been worked on.

With this new scheme, you can just share a Hive post to your Twitter account and then comment the Twitter link to the compilation posts like this. The usual PoSH nomination rules will apply like the Hive post should not be yours. You can check the full rules at the end of this post. Octopus was one of those meals that I learned to make perfectly because my mom taught it to me when I was just a teenager, it is like a very nice family tradition, now I teach my daughter how to make it, it was nice to see the six octopuses that my daughter kept in the freezer to cook together during my visit at her house, I immediately told her: this is like riding a bicycle! You never forget! I decided to divide the octopus in equal parts, three for her and three for me, and explain in detail the process from the beginning, from how to clean the octopus to the elaboration of the final dish, I made my octopus in one recipe, my daughter's were prepared in perfect master classes so her preparations were amazing, I think that confidence in handling the octopus is important, it is good to be familiar with the food.

On the eve of Christmas last year 2023 I was walking through the central area of Vedado Habanero where they were doing a fair of agricultural products and suddenly I see something unexpected, a pleasant surprise! On the first floor of the emblematic Focsa building I saw a group of young people dressed in Christmas hats preparing some tables and the necessary equipment for the work they were going to do. These young people belong to BAC.
