Instructions

  • Cube bacon for cracklings.

  • In the large mixing bowl, combine mashed egg yolks with a pinch of salt until creamy.

3- Combine Ingredients:

  • Mix grated beets into egg yolk mixture.
  • Add chopped green onions and grated cucumbers, stirring well.

  • Gently incorporate diced egg whites and chopped dill.

4- Season and Chill:
