Getting back to office after a long weekend and after some festive celebration is always lethargy and tiring. Today most of the office in India were often, so does the stock market and bank. It is quite obvious that people are getting Monday blues. It is generic term often used around the corporate world, due to the jarring shift from weekend freedom to workweek structure. Getting back to same day to day routine fueled by anticipation of stress, untimely meals , disrupted sleep schedules, unresolved work issues, job dissatisfaction and many other scenarios. People find it hard getting back to schedule, until they reach the office and face the similar work environment. I remember beating these blues by admiring the gifts of nature especially the blooming flowers. Todays, I get a similar vibes when I passed through a rose garden with many flower blooming.

Beating the Monday blues with flowers is a scientifically backed method to boost mood, reduce stress, and increase energy at the start of the workweek. This is the reason that many employee like to keep some indoor plant or flower at their desk. Introducing fresh blooms into your surrounding, either it be home or workspace can transform the day into a more positive, productive one. Here are some collection that I picked up from the garden todays.

I did some editing on the actual image by reducing the lighting to negative. I wanted to focus more on the subject i.e the color, petals of the flower. I did that to avoid any blurriness. Usually when you try to capture any deep color like that of Red. It get bit distorted. Like this.

It is incredible how the more experiment you do with photography the more you learn. But seeing them blooming made me to click them and in process getting rid of my Monday Blues.

Flowers radiate positive energy through their vibrant colors, soothing scents, and natural beauty. Their presence acts as a natural mood enhancer, improving focus, creativity, and overall well-being. Hope I made up for the day by sharing these pictures, or you wanna remain in holiday mood?
In good faith - Peace!!
