When the same signs or thoughts keep appearing, it's often a signal that we should pay attention.

It was an interesting start of the day. I came across certain topics that wanted to deliver a similar message. I am sure many of us are aware of them, but find them hard to apply in life. The message taught some important aspect of humanity which we humans are missing out these days. While one is a Punjabi songs, the other two were from #Hive. I am putting up them in sequence as I encounter them since morning ;

First one ;

None of us are here forever, so we should probably think about how we treat each other also

Second one ;

People should be allowed to make mistakes, disagree, and get heated. We just need to circle back and do our best to rebuild bridges in a reasonable way.

This appears to be a quite simple phrases but have deep meaning insight. We human being often miss out on treating others fairly. There are grudges, remorse, ego, attitude hatred etc. but we never inclined to make the situation better. What I observed that keeping these is a way of punishing ourself rather than harming others. We have many instances from our day to day life where we have issue with others, may be in our neighborhood, or a colleague at office or within our family / relatives etc.. We humans are considered to be the best creature of the nature. But are we living mindfully enough to respect the nature?

Life is an impromptu dance. 🎶

I am finding these phrases strange, as these are coming in front of me at times, when I was thinking about it few days ago. Recently, One of my ex-colleagues, worked in the last organization died in his sleep. This is not new as similar case happened in 2012 when I lost another friend in similar fashion. The soul that was alive and active a day ago was no more. I remember we had coffee together a day before and had a healthy discussion over a presentation, but next days he did not turn up to the office. Not even he able to see another sunrise in life. I was wondering what pain their family their loved one gone through. A cheerful soul just leave us in a whisker of moment. They died silently not causing any last minute Chaos. Life is unpredictable. So the phrase means a lot in life.

Life is only for four days, why should we hate anyone?

This is a beautiful thought that people often use in their life. This is also the lyrics of the Punjabi songs mentioned in beginning. It tells us that our life is short, so we should live with love and peace, not with hatred and anger. Harboring hatred is like harming ourselves through stress and anxiety, which destroys us from within, whereas love and forgiveness give us peace and comfort, so instead of hatred, it is wise to increase love, forgiveness and positivity in relationships.

"Life is short, and it is here to be lived." - Kate Winslet

People forget to realize the importance of smile and greeting each other happily. We often turn off faces from other, we keep grudges within, get jealous with other success in life, get into ego, stopped talking from others, but the question remains, are we supposed to behave like this?

The realization that life is temporary prevents us from quarreling over small matters or holding grudges against anyone. Hatred is actually a disease, it harm more than doing any good. We are the owner of life and we have so many things to look after. Wasting our time and energy on unwanted things leads to spoil our mood and mind. Instead of wasting energy in hatred or anger, it should be used in self-growth and better relationships. Forgiving others and forgiving yourself is essential for inner peace. I started to follow certain points to mindfully handle these situations. The best things to do

  • Avoid reacting immediately in anger.

  • Keep yourself busy by engaging in hobbies or sports.

Remember, building relationships is easy, maintaining them is difficult; it's better to understand and resolve them than to break them by getting angry over small thing. Anyway, I am yet to figure out the reason why these phrases / thoughts coming around to me since morning.

In good faith - Peace!!
