Welcome to my blog

This is my first walk of the year. I know it took me more than 15 days to get started, but what matters is that I've started and I don't plan on stopping, because every time I leave the house, I come back feeling like I can take on the world, happy and motivated.

Today I took my faithful companions, my aunt and my dog Duke. The weather was cloudy and there was a cool breeze. As it was Saturday, the eco-friendly gym was empty. Nobody feels like getting up early on the weekend to exercise, and I liked that the park was empty too. Duke wasn't stressed and was free to explore everywhere.

After spending some time on the exercise machines, I decided to go to the park and play with my aunt on the swings, slide and seesaw. We laughed a lot. It was great to start the day like that.

Esta es la primera caminata del año, sé que me tarde más de 15 días en empezar, pero lo que importa es que ya comencé y no pienso parar, porque cada vez que salgo de casa regreso con ganas de comerme el mundo, feliz y motivada.

Hoy me llevé mis fieles compañeros, mi tía y mi perrito Duke, el clima estaba nublado y había una brisa fresca, como es sábado el gimnasio ecológico estaba solo, a nadie le provoca pararse temprano un fin de semana para hacer ejercicio y que el parque también estuviera solo a mí me gustó Duke no se estresó y más bien estuvo suelto explorando por todos lados.

Después de estar un rato en las máquinas de ejercicio se me ocurrió pasar por el parque y jugar con mi tía en los columpios, tobogán y sube y baja, nos reímos mucho, fue estupendo empezar el día así.
