Poem: A plate of biryani with you

A strange peace descended on the dining table today, as if the world was breathing a little slower. This plate placed in front of me, suddenly reminded me of you with the smell of hot biryani. Small memories like grains of rice spread in my mind like spices. Seeing the piece of meat, remembered the shy smile of the day we first met.
