Hello @hivefood community, I hope you are all well. Today I want to share my experience with this recipe for Poğaça, a type of bread of uncertain origin but very common in Eastern Europe. Al ver ésta receta me pareció interesante así que decidí hacerla con algunas variantes hechas con la única intención de darle mi toque personal y de usar lo que estaba en mis posibilidades, entonces aquí les comparto los ingredientes: 1. 4 tazas de harina leudante (170gr c/u) 2. Un pimentón rojo 3. 2 ajíes dulces verdes o un pimentón verde 4. Media taza de aceitunas rellenas picadas 1. 180gr de queso chedar 1. 250gr de yogurt griego 1. 240gr de margarina derretida 1. 1 huevo Para el horneo: 1. 1 huevo 1. Mantequilla al gusto

Creo que ésta segunda forma de horneado es mejor para ésta receta, quedan más crujientes por fuera, aunque creo que con 20 minutos es suficiente. Debo decir que valió totalmente hacer ésta receta, son deliciosas y el aroma del pimiento enamora, son ligeras y crujientes por fuera.
