Doy inicio a este primer post del año con estas fotografías de una subida a un cerro que está en mi ciudad Maracay, todos los que sean de esta ciudad deben conocer que enfrente del famoso hotel Maracay hay un cerro en el cual las personas lo suben para hacer ejercicio y también disfrutar del río que tiene el cerro. Unos amigos me invitaron y no desaproveche la oportunidad de ir después de tener casi un año.

I start this first post of the year with these pictures of a climb to a hill that is in my city Maracay, all those who are from this city should know that in front of the famous Maracay hotel there is a hill in which people climb it to exercise and also enjoy the river that has the hill. Some friends invited me and I did not miss the opportunity to go after having almost a year.

Luego de subir el cerro me dirigí al río del cerro el cual es muy frío, y mis amigos y yo decidimos sumergirnos en el agua fría que es una terapia que practican los atletas para recuperarse muscularmente más rápido, y lo que hice fue colocar un cronometro que nos marcara el tiempo y duramos 30 minutos. Luego salimos a tomar sol para calmar el frio y aprovechamos de tomar fotos en la naturaleza.

After climbing the hill I went to the river of the hill which is very cold, and my friends and I decided to dive into the cold water which is a therapy practiced by athletes to recover muscle faster, and what I did was to place a stopwatch to mark the time and we lasted 30 minutes. Then we went out to sunbathe to soothe the cold and we took pictures in nature.
