Early in the morning UPS dropped off my new 36" sluice box and stand. The boys were super stoked and I am pretty happy to have it. I got it setup and the legs and we took it down to the creek to see how it would look. The water is ICE cold as it comes off the snow melt on the mountain about 14 miles away. It cleared out like it was supposed to and gave us clear areas below each riffle with material sucked in under each riffle. The part now is to wait for the water level to drop some so the boys can get to the material by the big creek where it pours out from the tunnel into a pool. Today I am heading back north to see if we can get Art's sailboat in the water for her maiden voyage.
