The world of drinks is very wide: We can find everything from water to liquors, smoothies, coffee, chocolate, juices, teas, alcoholic beverages, and also FERMENTED DRINKS. And although liquors are products of fermentation, and there are some of them well known, such as wine, beer, cider; There are also others that are perhaps less known, but invaluable for health, such as: Kombucha, kefir, yogurt, oxygala, carato, chicha, pulque, tejuino, tepache, mead... and hundreds more; drinks with a deep meaning and cultural and historical roots, as well as with a beneficial power that is little known and therefore not taken advantage of by many people.
