This drink is very simple, but trust me, the process is very easy and you can definitely make it at home. If you usually use avocados in salads, this time let's turn them into a delicious drink with a combination of green beans.

Green bean avocado drink is a drink made from avocado juice and milk, combined with green beans cooked with palm sugar as a sweetener. This drink is perfect as a cold drink with ice cubes or simply stored in the refrigerator for a while to get an extraordinary taste. I deliberately made this drink thicker so that it would be creamier when enjoyed, but if you want a lighter texture, you can add a little water or milk. However, because I wanted to add ice cubes at the end, I made it thicker.

1 avocado 50 grams of green beans 30 grams of palm sugar 300 ml of liquid milk 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk Salt to taste

Preparation Procedure

**Step 1**

**Boil the mung beans until tender, making sure they are completely tender for the best taste. Add a little salt while boiling to help them expand.**

**Step 2**

**Then add palm sugar and cook until the water has reduced slightly.**

**Step 3**

**Add milk, salt, and liquid milk to the blender.**

**Step 4**

**Blend until thick, then add the chopped avocado and mix both together.**

**Serve the cooled beans in a serving glass, then pour the blended avocado juice over them. Serve immediately.**
