For the Meatballs (Kefta):
🥩 1/4 lb 150g Ground beef or lamb
🧅 1/4 Medium onion, finely chopped
🌶️ 1 teaspoon Paprika
🌿 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
🧂 1/2 teaspoon Salt
🌰 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon Chili powder
🌿 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, finely chopped
For the Tomato Sauce:
🍅 2 lbs 1 kg Fresh, ripe tomatoes
🫒 2 tablespoons Olive oil
🧅 1/4 Medium onion, very finely chopped
🧄 2 Cloves garlic, finely minced
🌶️ 1 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
🌿 1 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
🧂 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon Chili powder
🌿 3 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Instructions
- Prepare the Meatballs (Kefta):
- Chop the onion finely.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped onion, paprika, cumin, salt, ground cinnamon, chili powder, and fresh cilantro.
- Mix thoroughly with your hands to incorporate all the spices.
- Prepare the Tomato Sauce:
- Wash and quarter the tomatoes.
- Grate the tomatoes into a stainless steel bowl, leaving the skins behind.
- Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.
- Cook the Tomato Sauce:
- Heat a Happycall Diamond pattern frying pan on medium-high heat.
- Add olive oil, then sauté the minced garlic and chopped onion until fragrant.
- Add the grated tomato pulp into the pan, followed by paprika, cumin, salt, chili powder, and cilantro.
