Imagine the warm, aromatic spices of cinnamon and cloves combined with the sweet, slightly tangy taste of apples. This smoothie captures those familiar flavors that make apple pie a beloved classic. Moreover, a banana which is used in this recipe adds natural sweetness without any need to add sugar or syrups (of course, do so if you prefer a really sweet treat!).

This recipe uses straightforward and wholesome ingredients, making it easy to prepare whenever those apple pie cravings strike. You'll need a banana, an apple, non-dairy milk, some peanut butter, cinnamon, grounded cloves and some ginger.

The great thing about this smoothie is that you can easily adjust it to suit your taste preferences. It's all about making it your own.

One more thing to notice - a frozen banana is best to use in this recipe as it makes the texture much more creamy. However, you won't loose the taste by using a fresh banana, it would just loose some smoothness.

This smoothie is versatile and can be enjoyed at any time of day. It makes a fantastic breakfast option, a post-workout refresher, or a comforting dessert after dinner. Plus, it's entirely vegan, so it can satisfy your sweet tooth while aligning with your dietary choices.

In a nutshell, this Vegan Apple Pie Smoothie is a delightful way to capture the essence of apple pie without the fuss. It's simple, satisfying, and perfect for anyone seeking a quick and tasty treat. Give it a try and experience the cozy, familiar flavors of apple pie in a whole new way. Enjoy!

  2. Place the peeled banana (I used a fresh one but a frozen banana is best for this recipe as it will make the smoothie creamier), the sliced apple, the milk, the peanut butter and the spices in a bowl. Blend until smooth.
