Registrando a un salsero en un concierto.[ESP/ENG]

Saludos, comunidad de Hive, espero que se encuentren bien, en el día de hoy les vengo a compartir mi experiencia grabando un concierto de Salsa por la maternidad, una zona de Caracas la capital de Venezuela.

Greetings, Hive community. I hope you are all well. Today, I would like to share my experience recording a salsa concert in Maternidad, a neighborhood in Caracas, the capital of Venezuela.

La invitación para grabar este concierto fue del salsero @eljavidelasalsa_oficial (Instagram), un cantante con el cual ya tenemos aproximadamente un año trabajando, este sería el segundo concierto que cubrimos de este artista.

The invitation to record this concert came from salsa singer @eljavidelasalsa_oficial (Instagram), an artist we have been working with for about a year now. This would be the second concert we have covered for this artist.

Con este Talento artístico he aprendido mucho del mundo de la salsa en Caracas, no sabía que la salsa fuerza tan underground, pero así, de hecho la ve mucho más under que el mismo hiphop, ya que se desarrolla en los barrios de la Ciudad.

With this artistic talent, I have learned a lot about the world of salsa in Caracas. I didn't know that salsa was so underground, but in fact, it is much more underground than hip hop itself, since it develops in the neighborhoods of the city.

Cómo en todo Camerino, colocaron algo para que los artistas comieran y bebieran, no tenía hambre, por lo cual no comí nada, pero sí pude tomar un poco.

As in all dressing rooms, they set out food and drink for the performers. I wasn't hungry, so I didn't eat anything, but I did have a little to drink.

Aquí pueden ver a la profesora Peggy, una maestra de danza contemporánea de la Universidad Nacional Experimental de las Artes. Ella fue quien me contacto con el Javy, ya que es una de las bailarinas de la orquesta.

Here you can see Professor Peggy, a contemporary dance teacher at the National Experimental University of the Arts. She was the one who put me in touch with Javy, as she is one of the dancers in the orchestra.

Una orquesta Salsera se componen de muchas personas, aquí pueden ver todas las personas que estaban en los Camerinos esperando el llamado para subir a Tarima, si contamos en la imagen a los artistas, serían 14 personas.

A salsa orchestra is made up of many people. Here you can see everyone who was in the dressing rooms waiting to be called to go on stage. If we count the artists in the picture, there are 14 people.

Mientras esperábamos, nos todo hacer varias cosas, primera fue montar la cámara en el estabilizador, por otro lado, el sonido ya tenía que registrar el sonido desde la consola, por lo cual tenía que dirigirse al espacio donde estaban los técnicos del sonido para empezar a preparar todo, y la tercera actividad era preparar la cámara de Jeison, la cual va en frente del escenario.

While we waited, we had several things to do. First, we had to mount the camera on the stabilizer. Second, the sound engineer had to record the sound from the console, so he had to go to the sound technicians' area to start setting everything up. Third, we had to prepare Jeison's camera, which is positioned in front of the stage.

Ahí estaba Jeison después que lo ubicamos con la cámara.

There was Jeison after we located him with the camera.

Así se veía la tarima desde abajo, en ese momento, estaba tocando un DJ, el trabajo de Jeison sería grabar la presentación desde el frente, con la posibilidad de grabar al salsero a la banda y a los dos bailarines.

This is what the stage looked like from below. At that moment, a DJ was playing. Jeison's job was to record the performance from the front, with the possibility of recording the salsa singer, the band, and the two dancers.

Ya en este momento estaba montado en la tarima, digamos que estaba a punto de comenzar a grabar, espero mostrarles muy pronto el resultado en 3speak.
