Hello Hive

Happy new day to us all, I hope that we had a beautiful night rest. The weather has just changed here now and we are begining to feel some lower temperature now. This change in weather is meant to happen earlier before now but for some reason the climate has changed drastically that our seasons have all been altered. The weather is now to the extreme of everything for what we used go experience before.

It's just like saying that you are living in a particular country that often experiences snow and when the snow was meant to come, it didn't happen the schedule was shifted to a later date and when it eventually did, it came aggressively. Human activities has damaged the weather a whole lot in the search for more minerals and sophisticated technology. I hope that at the end of it all the earth will still be worth it and liveable.

Yesterday we were out taking care of our remaining crops that were threatening by bush fire. We pulled off some of the burnt plant that won't survive and added some vegetative herbicides to help the crops.

While that was completed we were also able to clear off the weeds from the scotch bonnet pepper area.
Scotch bonnets are one pepper that I admire so much, they have better taste and aroma when used to cook food compared to the other specie of pepper you see around. There is the chilli pepper and two to three other types of pepper specie that I know. Having tasted all of these I prefer this scotch pepper amongst all the pepper types available.

For want of hotness you can use chilli for cooking but for aroma and the likes these scotch bonnets taste better. In most cases I use a blend of the two specie for soup, adding both the chilli pepper and the scotch bonnet.

Right after weeding and clearing the farm neat we passed the pipes that watered the ground lightly before leaving the farm. These ones are still in their flowering stage and very soon we will be able to see some scotch bonnet pepper here.

I know that a few of us do not know the difference between these two specie of pepper but soon as they produce their seeds we will all be able to see that. And you may be able to decide which specie of pepper you would prefer for your cooking as well.
