Growing Fluted Pumpkins and How Consistent Consumption Terminates Anaemia and Blood Transfusions

Hello Hive

A happy new day to us all, I hope that we had the best yesterday some good sleep and are ready to head out for today. Having Visited our fluted pumpkins farms yesterday to check on the further germination and establishments of the newly planted seeds, we would be carrying out an irrigation today for the seedlings.

We had more seedlings germinated over the weekend and I am so glad that we were lucky to get a good specie of the seedlings for planting this time around. The seedlings here germinated from one roll to another and almost not missing a single one.
I can tell you that a lot of people have engaged in farming fluted pumpkins in this location with us this year.

You can see the mass land that a single individual has covered for planting of fluted pumpkins this year. Everyone's wants to grow and sell vegetables as it is difficult to get a job and this is one of the easiest endeavours one can engage in. The vegetables are easily sellable compared to other products in the market. Due to the amount of nutrient it provides for the body, most people prefer to use fluted pumpkins for their vegetative need instead of the normal African spinach or it's related specie. Fluted Pumpkin provided a high amount of protein and Iron for blood boosting.

A regular consumption of fluted pumpkins has reduced my need for blood transfusion over the year. Beeing a sickle cell warrior often plagued with anaemia and constant shortage of blood, this has been my best solution to that every since.
My last blood transfusion was in the year 2008 and since then I have never had any emergency need for blood.
Growing fluted pumpkins is very easy. Once the land is cultivated. You go ahead to plant some seedlings along the rows and then continue with irrigation just like we are doing here. I will share more of the activities we do here with us as times goes on.
