Death Splinter's "arachne weaver" and my level 3 upgrade

How are all my gaming friends? I have been playing the game Splinterlands regularly for the past two months. None of you is unaware of that. At first, I thought that you could win by just battling with cards, but as the days go by, my idea is changing. The game is actually not just a card battle; it is a complete game of strategy. And the biggest part of this strategy is upgrading the right card at the right time. In the experience of the last two months, I have understood how devastating it can be on the battlefield if you level up a simple card.

With that thought in mind, today I upgraded one of my favourite cards in Death Splinter, "Arachne Weaver", to level 3. After upgrading the card, I was so impressed with its performance that I could not help but share its details with you today.
Why did I choose this card?

The arachne weaver card is originally from the "skitterkin" family. This 5 mana card looks like a combination of a spider and a monster, which is enough to scare the opponent. When I analysed its stats, I saw that it does magic attacks. And as we all know, magic attacks are not the same as piercing armour and directly hitting health or life.
Level 3 Upgrade and New Abilities

You can see in the screenshots I provided that the card's stats have changed quite a bit after levelling up to level 3.
Mana: 5
Magic Attack: 2
Speed: 2
Health: 4
But what's more important than the stats is its abilities. While it may seem like just a normal card at levels 1 and 2, it becomes a game-changer once you reach level 3.

1. Corrupted Healing:
The first feature of this card is its healing power. However, it is not a normal healing. It restores 70% of the maximum health or life of other cards in my team every round. But it also has a negative or risky side—the one who is healed, his maximum health is reduced by 1. It may sound a little scary, but this healing works like magic to keep your tanky or defensive card alive on the battlefield.

2. Scavenger:
The main reason for taking the card to level 3 today is to unlock this "Scavenger" ability. If you look closely at the screenshot, you will see that a vulture icon is visible as the second ability. Its function is—whenever a unit (be it my team or the opposing team) dies on the battlefield, Arachne Weaver's health will increase by 1.
Can you imagine? The longer the battle goes on, the more cards die, and my spider becomes stronger and has a huge health. In the end, it becomes almost impossible for the opponent to kill it.
I noticed that when I play High Mana battles, this card acts as a trump card. I usually put it in the second or third position instead of the front. This way, it supports the card in front with "Corrupted Healing". And whenever a card is eliminated, its life increases due to "Scavenger. Since it has 2 magic attacks, it also deals damage to the opponent quite well.
In my opinion, this is a masterpiece card for those who like to play with Death Splinter, for those who like to play with it. Especially the combination of 2 damage and aauto-healingmakes it unique.

My Future plans
The results I am getting at level 3 are amazing. However, I want to upgrade it further in the future. At max level or level 6, it gains the "Poison" ability, which poisons opponents. Although it takes a lot more cards and investment to get there, today's upgrade has given me a step closer to that goal.
Splinterlands is not just a game to play; the real fun here is understanding the value of each card and making the right investment. For those of you who are playing, look at the abilities of the cards instead of just looking at their power, and you will see that your win rate has increased a lot.
