🥩 250g lean chicken mince

Instructions

1- Prepare the Chicken Mixture:

  • Combine the 250g of lean chicken mince with 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp paprika, and ½ tsp each of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix until well combined.

2- Shape the Chicken Base:

  • Place a sheet of baking paper on a flat surface.
  • Spread the seasoned chicken mixture and flatten it into a thin oval shape.

3- Add Filling:

  • Spread 2 tbsp of cream cheese in the center of the chicken oval.
  • Layer a handful of spinach, a few pieces of sun-dried tomatoes, and sprinkle an ample amount of parmesan cheese over the top.

4- Seal the Calzone:

  • Carefully fold the chicken over the filling to create a pocket.
  • Seal the edges by pressing down firmly to ensure the filling stays inside.

5- Cook the Calzone:

  • Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
  • Place the stuffed chicken calzone in the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Alternatively, bake it in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
