LOH270 || My way to reset my system, every morning ...

Call it magic or a change of mindset... I get up in my pajamas at first and go into my kitchen to strain my morning coffee, at 5 am, and accompany it with my bread toast. Then I do things that keep waking me up, and giving me energy, like doing functional exercises (good stress) for 30 minutes.

I connect with nature in the garden of my house, with the sunrise and the fresh breeze that enters freely, it is my time to observe the tranquility of the city to organize my tasks and plan my day.

And since nothing is accidental in how I start my mornings, the week starts, in my projection exercises (visualizations) I also look at my authenticity as a source of personal freedom.

I do it with the certainty that my future self, the one who has already achieved it, is able to modify the past, where I thought I couldn't, to create a new present every day, where I can and create my desired day because it gives me "Mental Focus".

After that previous activity I take a shower with cold water to activate the thyroid and burn body fat more effectively and I change my clothes.

Finally, I connect with my digital notifications during the first hour, before leaving for my job at the university where I work.

By the way,... These flowers in my garden give me health and energy, essential to eat the world.
