There are times when anxiety settles on you without asking for permission, and the strongest thing that happens to us is that our.the body reacts to the fact that we understand what happened...

Anxiety is not your enemy, it is a part of you that asks to be heard in relation to what you feel, respecting your times and treating each other with a little more care.

And when you understand it, stop being ignorant, stop governing. No pressure. Just intention. I think it all starts with a simple thought: you don't have to do everything, just do whatever makes you feel at peace with yourself. In other words... It loses strength and stops fucking when you stop reading it as an enemy and we start reading it as a sign. In fact, it is transformed when the body is regulated and the mind stops living in threat mode.

Sometimes moving forward is not noticeable, but it is felt. It is felt in the calmness, in the clarity that comes back, in the way you talk to yourself a little better than yesterday.

I remember when I had my first daughter, after she was born, I was then living postpary, migratory grief, my beloved maternal grandmother died, and by the way we were looking for economic stability, all this generated moments of great anxiety and depression for me.

Anxiety, thank God... I don't know if it's contagious, but if it's learned, it's imitated and if it's sustained in deregulated environments... Faced with this, what to do?... It is essential to set emotional limits, regulate yourself and take care of everyone's mental health.

Sometimes our environment overwhelms us and we have to deal with the misunderstanding of the environment. And of course, overflowing anxiety consumes our life, with the avalanche of catastrophic thoughts, and many times we have to deal with the misunderstanding of our environment.






Please, do not pressure yourself, especially during this month of "January" which for many is a sad time, which is joy (not happiness) for many, are sad memories of last year, definitely, anxiety is not a factory defect, it is our mind trying to protect us from a tomorrow that does not yet exist.

This January there are many anxious people because they are going through grief and sadness of our loved ones and situations like in my country Venezuela, when a regime is in "agony", multiplies its repression in the collective, and mistakes so directly.

Let's support those we love with silence, distance but that they feel our presence, that they know that we are there, by their side, in case they need us unconditionally.

Make room to be thankful,
to sort out what matters
and to follow at your own pace.
