Greetings everyone!
When a person is getting old some he/she might get some diseases which is very common. But most common and major problem people are facing is diabetes. As we all know that diabetes is been caused in human body because of overload sugar or it can also effect in alternate way of less sugar. Well we all know that body should be stable if body is getting excessive sugar it can create problem or is less even it can create the problem. Well I don't have much knowledge much about the sugar and intake but I know everything should be in control.
I am not saying that you should avoid sugar but you should know how much your body is able to eat and how much your body needs. Well most of the people are avoiding sugar and even you might have seen on social media about the sugar that it some kind of poison might be truth I don't know the fact. But I have also seen when a person is getting black out because of low blood pressure the first thing he is been getting is sugar intake. So what's right and what's wrong.
Well I would be saying that you should try to avoid sugar but not completely, you can take it till sugar does not effect on your body. If I say about my diet I love to eat desserts, chocolate, ice-cream etc.. and many more. And we all know how much it affects on the human body. And even I am a gym freak so I know how much should i eat, train and keep my body healthy. I am eating all this kind of food almost once a month and that too if I am on occasion or something.
But if I talk about my daily life routine I am not eating or consuming sugar much. If I calculate properly I am consuming it around 2-3 spoon of sugar in my whole daily food. And I know that my body can keep this amount of sugar and digest it properly. But everyone knows that over sugar is really harmful for your body, and as a man is getting older many people are facing the common diseases of diabetes. And the most important thing that there is no such medicine or anything to get cure from diabetes. If your body catches this then it's almost like impossible to remove from your body.
And diabetes can also cause the reason for death, people are just taking medicine to control their blood pressure level. Instead of consuming sugar in meals you should find how you can avoid it and replace it in other source of food. Protein, cabs, fats such things are very important for your body. Your body is all depend on you that, what actually you feed inside. As 90% of people can't follow the strict diet but you should take care that you don't eat that food that you know how could it can react in your body and still consuming.
