El patacón es un plato típico en mi país de la región zuliana, el original es con carne mechada, pero dentro de la misma región hay muchas variaciones en el relleno y hoy les quiero compartir el paso a paso para preparar unos ricos patacones de pollo, espero les guste y se animen a prepararlos en casa. En una sartén con aceite caliente a fuego medio freírlos, girándolos para que se doren por todos los lados de manera uniforme y se cocinen un poco, que queden suaves por dentro. En una olla con aceite colocamos el ajo triturado y todos los demás vegetales bien picaditos para sofreír, añadimos una pizca de pimienta, orégano y sal, salteamos y dejamos cocinar por unos minutos, retiramos del fuego y reservamos. Ponemos una tapa de plátano, le podemos poner un poco de crema de ajo con perejil, luego el pollo, cebolla morada en julianas, tomate, queso, salsa kétchup, mayonesa, salsa de queso y jamón y por último la otra tapa de plátano.
