Those jute leaves are always a bit green, which gives me a strange kind of peace. I went out for a walk a couple of days ago in my area and saw the green leaves of the jute plants. It looked so beautiful. While it’s primarily known for its fiber, its young leaves — called **pat shak**. It is very popular and highly nutritious vegetable. This leafy green is not only the food of our village life, it also holds a special place in our hearts.
