This week, I tried to run again to achieve my target of reaching 5K by the end of the year. This morning, during the Western Indonesian time, I tried to run. Initially, I planned to run to a famous park in Jakarta, Taman Suropati. I once reviewed this park as a peace park for ASEAN countries.

But, it turned out that I thought differently in the middle of the road. I turned to the Cikini area. From Salemba I passed Cikini, then entered the Raden Saleh area and returned to the Cikini area. This morning, the sun was quite hot. Bright for a Saturday morning. This route changed because I was worried that I couldn't buy drinking water. Because I didn't have cash.

I was worried that it would be difficult to find a seller of drinking water with non-cash money. The Cikini area is a busy area with many sellers. Moreover, in the morning, there are many food sellers for breakfast. It turned out that after I tried, I could only do 3K. The rest I walked. My stomach hurt and my legs started to not be able to run anymore.

From several times running, I am only strong enough for 3K to run. This is also my reflection today. It seems I need to fix my body. With a light workout at the boarding house for the next week. Because, in the past week, my only exercise was walking. My food was not very orderly. Several times I bought fried food.

Usually, I eat fried food only available in the office because in the office I make my lunch. I have to improve my diet and exercise so that I can reach 5K. Or I need to improve my running speed. It seems, fast enough for running speed. The end of the year is still a long way off.

But, I need to try and fix some things, so that my 5K target can run well. That's all I can share about my story to reach the 5K marathon at the end of the year. See you in my next story, Thank you very much.
