Nmax over head motorcycle engine installation

 

a continuation of the previous post, because when I made the previous post, the condition of this motorbike had not been finished I installed because there were a few obstacles that we didn't expect and the parts were also a little difficult in my area because the stock was limited.

 I have cleaned the cylinder head now, and I reassembled it as where it should be in the par position.

 It looks very clean like a new header cylinder and its performance is guaranteed.
 

 

 

 

Here are some new items, namely piston sets and blocks, the items do look small and easy to find, but it's all wrong because this is what hindered my work for two days just to find these two parts.

 Because the Nmax motor block cannot be lathe or increase the piston size from the default, the only way is to buy new parts.

 The price is quite draining, the price of these two parts I bought at a price of eight hundred thousand rupiah and that does not include the cost of dismantling and installing.
 

 

Before I installed all the parts that I had prepared and cleaned, I took the initiative to check the performance of the radiator water, because this part is very risky for the motor to break.

 Luckily the par radiator had no damage at all, and its performance was still safe.
 

 

 

After I checked several parts, starting from the electrical cable, radiator, and CVT tub.

 And all the parts are safe, I immediately prepare the parts that I have cleaned, to do the re-installation.

 It takes about an hour to install the block and cylinder head, because no matter what the motor that has been broken, you have to be very careful when installing it, for fear that there will be parts that don't show any visible damage.
 

 

 

After I installed everything, the engine looks very fresh and bright even though I didn't clean the outside of the machine much because the outside of the machine is easy to clean after all the parts are installed perfectly.

 Quite tiring to install this part.
 

 
After everything is installed neatly and the steps I have to do is one more step before installing the frame, it's better to wash the machine first because if the cleaning of the machine is done after it is raised to the frame, it's very difficult to clean the whole machine, because this is an NMAX motor, not a supra x, nmax has a lot of iron frames that will hinder you when washing it.
