"Empowering Small Businesses: Growth & Innovation Seminar in Aligrea"

Stop dreaming, Start Doing, Let's go

This was the day I will never forget, as it was the first and best memorable seminar I've attended. It was on Dec 16 in the year 2023. When we were invited by one of the famous organizations to come to the place named Aligrea.

To witness the beauty of Aligrea, and also the farm business owner also welcomed us warmly with a big smile and kindness. We spent 4 nights and 4 days on their farm. We had such a great experience there. They even taught us how to make a fertilizer using fish bones or those unuseful parts of fish to make fertilizer. The only thing I remember was we're using molasses and chopped parts of fish or even a whole fish, and we cover it with plastic and put it in dark parts of the nipa house to ferment.

And the other day we were taught how to handle small businesses like piggery and poultry.

And the other day the farm owner toured us around their wide farm and taught us how to make pig feeds using a grass and banana's body to make a healthy and easy feed for pigs and even chickens, as the farm owner said. The plant was called madre de agua, which contains more vitamins to produce when eaten by animals like pigs and chickens. And the body of the banana is being chopped into thin and cute sizes enough for chickens to be swallowed and pigs to be eaten.

On our last day of staying in Aligrea, the farm owner and staff gave us a few tests for them to know if we listened and had learned from what they'd done or served knowledge to me and my mate. We even went to their church to pray, and after we took pictures as remembrance. At 5pm they gave us a certificate of recognition for being attentive and good. And as we say our goodbyes, I've come to the realization that a seminar like this was priceless, and no money can even be paid to the experience, bonding, the lesson we learn, and newfound knowledge for us as well.

For me, all I can say about my journey or the seminar I've attended in Aligrea was that it was such a great time and opportunity to widen my vocabulary on how business was really important and work to us in the future. Not just that, having fun while planning for your future was quite good to start a new mindset. So I must say I am quite lucky to be one of the many choices that have been chosen to go through, and for me. I was quite amazed I faced my fears, which is being afraid of leaving even just for a day. Now face your fears and strive for the best, and being a multitasker and having a great mindset is the best in this generation.And this is your cutie adventurer yannia
