Instructions
1- Marinate Chicken:
- In a bowl, combine the chicken strips with garlic powder, paprika, turmeric, chili powder, salt, black pepper, tomato paste, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 15-20 minutes for best results.
2- Cook Chicken:
- Heat a pan over medium heat with a bit of olive oil.
- Add the marinated chicken strips and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, approximately 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally to cook evenly.
3- Prepare Garlic Sauce:
- In a separate bowl, mix together the yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and chopped parsley until smooth.
4- Make Sumac Onions:
- Combine the sliced red onion, lemon juice, parsley, and sumac in a bowl. Toss the ingredients well to ensure the onion is well-coated.
5- Assemble the Wrap:
- Lay out a wrap and spread a generous amount of garlic sauce over it.
- Add a portion of cooked chicken, followed by sumac onions, sliced cucumber, and tomato. Add French fries as desired.
- Drizzle with Harissa or Sriracha for added spice.
6- Fold & Grill:
- Fold the bottom of the wrap first, then the sides.
- Place in a preheated pan and grill on both sides until the wrap is golden brown.
