My Actifit Report Card: July 12 2021

Had the day off from work today. Got up a little before 7 and immediately went out for a 5 kilometer run.

Headed back home to pick up Dude and my hubby, then out for a 5 kilometer walk.

Scored an #AutomaticWin and #TripleTen

We let Dude decide where to go, so ended up walking down to the lake again.

It’s been a gray day with scattered rain. That however didn’t seem to stop the little flying bloodsuckers. I think I got at least 20 mosquito bites during the walk… hence, not that many pictures. Any time we tried to stop for a second, they were there. Later we went and did our weekly grocery shopping and then I got the laundry done. Now, it is time to recharge for a week of work.
