Max Derrat is one of the best YouTube content creators I have come across. Some time ago I shared a series of videos of him talking about his experiences being a person with Autism and his life story. The content are deep and analytical with a lot to ponder about even after you have finished watching. But YouTube doesn't even want to let him monetize many of his content and even when they are monetized, gaming content doesn't bring some of the worst ad rates. YouTube is doing a very bad job supporting its mid-tier content creators who doesn't pander to the mainstream algorithm serving content.
