Late for work today, I only managed to takeaway these Char Sau Pau or Chinese Steamed barbecue-pork-filled bun. One for my daughter and one for me. I bought it from my favorite coffee shop called Kedai Kopi 88, Donggongon town.

There were five types of Steamed buns available namely Pau Besar, Pau Daging, Char Siew Pau, Pau Taosa and Pau Pandan.

Here is my delicious Char Siew Pau. It priced RM2.20 (USD0.53) each. To eat this bun, I preferred to peel the skin and break the Pau into two parts. The filling is sweet and moist.

This Char Siew Pau is delicious to eat with a cup of Nescafe in the morning.
