Social Media Challenge: Frontier Jackpot

Hi all, good day to all of you. I am doing a 2nd weekly post for Splinterlands Social Media Challenge as I just stump upon something interesting that is worthy of a social media push and letting more people be aware of this. So let's get right on to today's post, where it will focus Frontier Jackpot Cards.

Frontier League/Foundation Cards

I believe all of you would have been playing frontier league daily and accumulating foundation cards. And some of you would have already maxed your foundation cards. I guess the mint rate of cards have allowed the developers to know how much foundation cards have already been minted.

Personally I enjoy playing frontier league because it is almost like a level playing field just deviated by levels of the cards.

I am done with the summoners but not done with the full foundation card set especially the epic and legendary ones which will need a little bit more effort to get them to max. So definitely I will continue to play frontier league so that I can max the remaining cards that I have yet to max. And the best thing now with the latest announcement, there will be more reasons for me to play in frontier league.

Frontier Jackpot

The latest announcement, after 13th January maintenance, 4 brand new frontier jackpot cards will be released. How cool is that? I think this really gives everyone that extra motivation to complete all the daily reward because frontier jackpot cards will be revealed during the claims as seen below in the last item to be revealed.

The Jackpot Cards

I will not dive into the analysis of each card yet in this post but from this you can also see that there is also an attempt to balance out cards capability amongst the splinters. The only pity is that I do not see any earth splinter cards in the jackpot cards. And this might disrupt the strength that earth splinter has seen so far in frontier league?

Many of these cards look awesome and best of all, they come in multiple special variants, which includes Gold Foil, Black Foil, Gold Foil Arcane, and Black Foil Arcane.

While I do own a couple of black foil common card from foundation set, who would not want to have more copies of it for other cards?

More on The Jackpot

Jackpot reward cards do not replace current rewards, they are considered as bonus.
And one thing to do note, they do not appear elsewhere such as foundation packs or even advancement chest when you move from advance to a higher league. They are solely found in daily reward claims.

The odds:
Each time a daily challenge reward is claimed, there is a 1.5% chance to receive one of four exclusive Foundation Edition Jackpot cards. The % is not high, so we need to try to get 3 rewards daily based on the energy we have available. So we need to definitely better our game and get wins fast so that energy would not get significantly depleted and we do not have enough energy for the next day.

Every win matters! So let's get stronger and get our hands on those jackpot cards.
