SHOKIN DAY 17: Grand Opening Of A Newly Listed Supermarket and Spending HBD With Hive Friends.

Greetings To You All Hive Friends!

Few days ago, Our Mentor @fokusnow announced the great news about the Grand Opening of a New Supermarket, namely Happy Customer Supermarket.

This was indeed a great news as it will help new users experience the comfort of spending HBD on their first SpendHBD experience. It will also enable SpendHBD users in Aba to shop the items they need comfortably and in a conducive environment.

To grace the opening of the supermarket, my sister and I headed to the venue, Happy Customer Supermarket located at No. 208 Azikiwe Road, Aba.

As we arrived, we saw some Hive friends already present. We exchanged greetings and sat down.

I must say, i understood different ways of exploring Hive and SpendHBD through this program. @fokusnow and @ijelady explained better ways to utilize the SpendHBD project and also the need to invite potential users to join the project.

At the end of the program, we were entertained with drinks and Munchkins Biscuit as snack. It was an enjoyable one. It was my first time tasting the Munchkins Biscuit despite how popular it has become in my area.

MAKING PURCHASE USING HIVE-BACKED DOLLARS.

After the program, I shopped for the things i need. It was a delight to find out that varieties of goods were available for purchase. Things like drinks, toothpaste, soaps of different types, milk of different kinds, tomato paste, noodles, spaghetti, vegetable oils, biscuits, sugar, sanitary pads of different kinds, sugar, etc. The list is numerous.

From the goods available for purchase, i had to pick some things i need.

I bought noodles, sachet peak milk and vegetable oil.

After checking the sum total of the things i picked, I scanned and made payment for the things i picked. I paid the sum of 3.467 Hive-backed dollars and also claimed a discount of 0.693 Hive-backed Dollars, being 20% of 3.467 Hive Dollars through @Distriator as you can see in the pictures below.

After taking a look at some other goods available, i decided to make another purchase. I picked Ivory soap, Fab and Munchkins biscuits, Closeup toothpaste, Amstel Malt drink.

I also scanned, made payment of 3.333 Hive Dollars and also claimed a discount of 0.833 Hive Dollars being 25% of 3.333 Hive Dollars.

After making the purchase, i took pictures with some of the Hive Friends present for the Shokin Day 17.

CONCLUSION.

Shokin Day 17 was indeed a great one with a different experience.

As Happy Customer Supermarket has been opened and listed, i look forward to shopping and spending more HBD.
