Progressive day with black coffee and rainbow bread, the contrast of sweetness and bitterness.

Hello dear friends in this humble community. How's your day going so far? Every day brings new challenges, but also new opportunities for growth and hope.

Today's temperature is bit chilly, but the skies is so bright and clear, it's the kind of sky that fills the soul with a quiet peace. For today's blog I have my cup of black coffee while doing some tasks in the office.

Having a coffee in the office is a normal thing or is it called a little ritual that keeps energy levels up. So, today I have my black coffee while making water service bill. I have a part-time job as an office encoder of a certain association known as Dugyan Farmer Irrigator's Association. One of my duties at work is handling bill preparation. The meter reader conducts the reading every tenth of the month while I must finish the billing by the fourteenth.

I had my rainbow bread to pair with my black coffee. The bread is soft and fluffy with a vibrant layer, including pink, yellow, green and purple. The crusty exterior with coated sugar is a perfect blend every bite while sipping the hot coffee.

Its sweetness balancing the bold bitterness of my coffee, the aroma is filling the air. It is normal for us Pinoys dipping our bread into our drinks it's a common practice making each bite more satisfying, it enhances the texture and taste.

It was indeed a successful day I finished the preparation of bill within two hours. The warmth of the coffee helps me focus and keeping me more active throughout the day. I make sure my job is well done ensuring everything is correct before they go out.
