14K Multiple Virtual Running

Don't worry, I'm definitely not going to push myself to do a long distance event all at once. One Virtual Race is an Instagram account that specialises in multiple virtual races. Yes, runners can participate in running events with certain categories and in instalments within a predetermined deadline.
Like the one I participated in. With the theme ‘NKRI ADALAH KITA’, One Virtual Race (OVER) raises a 14K challenge with the provisions of the race period 23 February-14 March. After registering and confirming by the organising admin, I started running for this event. I split it into two times.
OVR#1
On 25 February, I ran the first part. Starting at 4pm, I started with a pace of 6:28. Looking at the track splits on Strava, my pace fluctuated between pace 7 and pace 8 with a final accumulated pace of 7:40/km over a distance of 7.04km. When I looked at the cadence count, I was grateful that my footfalls were at the standaer count of 143 spm. Of course, I wanted to increase it even more.
OVR #2
Then, to complete the challenge, I did part 2 again on 28 February at the same place. This time I started a little later, at 4.22pm.
If in part one I started with a pace of 6, in part two I took a slower pace of 7. Until the third kilometre, I was stable at pace 7, and then at kilometre 4, the pace went up to 8. This challenge is also to teach ourselves and know what we are capable of. Not trying to be the fastest for now, but learning to be progressive and consistent.
I completed this second part with a total distance of 7.02km with an elapsed time of 55:04 and an accumulated pace of 7:50/km.
After finishing, I reported my running results to the organisers.
Certificate submission
On the fifth of March, I received an email from the OVR official in the form of an E-certificate. It said my name, BIB, then total kilometres, and accumulated time. Waah... I felt proud of myself at that moment. I was grateful that I was willing to challenge myself.
20 March is Medal Day
Yaps... all finishers of this event got a medal sent by the committee on 19 March. And I received it on the 20th. Wow... this is really my first medal, and for some reason I felt so happy. Maybe it's just like someone falling in love for the first time? LOL. bWhat do you think? Is this medal pretty enough?
So, thank you for reading my post. Please keep supporting me. See you...
Hi, I am the child of the universe, I like to read books with various genres. I was born in the city of batik but can't draw batik yet. I want to be a novelist, but my works are only short poems that are included in anthology books.
