At my most recent exhibition at the Galerie Esther by the Ernst Fuchs Museum

, one of my drawings stood out very prominently. Explaining the meaning and origin behind it to a friend, I dug up the background story for this.

It is indeed unusual that I produced a work to follow a specific given theme, almost like a comission, in a way, something I always decline doing, since it would restrict my own fantasy and superimpose the ideas of someone else into my work.

But this was different, because for one thing, I could identifiy with the given parameters, and on the other hand, leave me enough artistic freedom to express myself.

Die Hintergrund Geschichte über die 'Miss T' Zeichnung ist in Corona Zeiten entstanden. Meine Künstler Freundin

hatte eine Vision in 2021 als große Ausstellung in Solingen umgesetzt. Eine Zusammenkunft von internationalen Künstlern, Musik und 3D Zauberei. Leider musste sie voriges Jahr ihre Galerie endgültig schließen. Danach hatte sie mir meine Bilder welche dort waren und mehrmals ausgestellt wurden wieder zurück geschickt. had implemented a vision in 2021 as a large exhibition in Solingen. A gathering of international artists, music and 3D magic. Unfortunately, she had to close her gallery for good last year. I cannot remember which of the photos I used for the drawing, the first from 2017 or the third one from 2018. The poses are similar.
