Asesino de duendes/Goblin Slayer (Reseña/Review)

En los gremios nadie se preocupa por agarrar misiones de duendes, solo los novatos inexpertos son los dedicados a aceptar esas misiones que los veteranos no desean hacer, siendo muy común el hecho de que los novatos vayan a una cueva a cazarlos, por su inexperiencia terminen perdiendo a uno o dos de su grupo, violen y maten a las mujeres, los rescaten y vuelvan a sus pueblos. Solo un veterano nivel platino se dedica a matar a todos los duendes, teniendo así, el titulo de el Asesino de duendes.

In the guilds nobody cares about taking goblin missions, only the inexperienced rookies are the ones dedicated to accepting those missions that the veterans do not want to do, being very common the fact that the rookies go to a cave to hunt them, due to their inexperience they end up losing one or two of their group, rape and kill the women, rescue them and return to their villages. Only a platinum level veteran dedicates himself to killing all the goblins, thus having the title of Goblin Slayer.

Goblin Slayer es un anime que hizo mucho ruido cuando salio, no llegue a verlo porque no me llamaba la atención una persona que solo se dedicara a eso, pensando que seria alguna comedia o algo por el estilo, ahora, por estar aburrido decido verlo, tragándome mis palabras sobre que seria una comedia simple, topandome con una obra increíble que me dejo deseoso de más.

Podría ser el detonante el primer capitulo, siendo más crudo y visualmente no apto para muchos, llegando a leer que un alcalde en Estados Unidos llego a prohibir su circulación por tener imágenes no aptas para toda la familia, incluyendo su manga. La historia no solo nos muestra a un héroe que busca redención, sino como en una sociedad de caballeros que buscan ganar la guerra contra el rey demonio, no le presta atención a amenazas menores como los Duendes, siendo estos los que más daño le hacen a pueblos y familias de clase baja.

Podría verse como una representación del mundo político, donde los ladrones y demás delincuentes en pequeñas zonas no son lo suficientemente importantes para una nación sino aquellos que están en una capital o que amenazan la nación como tal. No se ve igual un asesino que vive en un pueblo, que un asesino extranjero. Tomando solo en consideración aquel que no pertenece a la nación.

Podría ser eso o solo una historia ficticia que se creo el mangaka Kumo Kagyu, actualmente tiene una temporada y una película, con dos mangas siendo llamado uno como el anime y el otro Goblin Slayer: Year One, que podría relatar los comienzos de este héroe, aunque no estoy seguro de eso porque no lo he empezado a leer.

Los siguientes capítulos del anime no tienen tanto horror como podría tenerlo el primero, pero no deja de tener el suspenso de que podría suceder algo como eso de nuevo. Me parece una buena probada del anime que su primer capitulo demuestre la seriedad de la historia, no por su callado protagonista sino por la crueldad de la que se basa su ambición de asesinar a todos los duendes.

Aunque soy fanático del anime no termino cayendo en clichés que siempre se basan los mismos, siendo Goblin Slayer un claro ejemplo de no seguir las reglas basadas en otras entregas, el héroe no es poderoso, no es especial, no tiene un poder oculto o amigos increíblemente talentosos, su debilidad hizo que fuese capaz de pensar críticamente para lograr sus objetivos con lo que tiene a la mano, no sabiendo bien como actuara ni predecir lo que sucederá, es una historia llena de suspenso y misterio que podría gustarle a muchos, quitando las escenas fuertes de abusos sexuales que no podría ser agradable para muchos, yo incluido.

Goblin Slayer is an anime that made a lot of noise when it came out, I didn't get to see it because a person who only dedicated himself to that didn't attract my attention, thinking that it would be some comedy or something like that, now, being bored I decide to watch it, swallowing my words about what a simple comedy would be, stumbling upon an incredible play that left me wanting more.

The first chapter could be the trigger, being more raw and visually unsuitable for many, even reading that a mayor in the United States came to prohibit its circulation for having images not suitable for the whole family, including its manga. The story not only shows us a hero who seeks redemption, but how in a society of knights who seek to win the war against the demon king, they do not pay attention to minor threats such as the Goblins, these being the ones that do the most damage to lower class towns and families.

It could be seen as a representation of the political world, where thieves and other criminals in small areas are not important enough for a nation but those who are in a capital or who threaten the nation as such. A murderer who lives in a town does not look the same as a foreign murderer. Taking into consideration only those who do not belong to the nation.

It could be that or just a fictional story created by the mangaka Kumo Kagyu, it currently has a season and a movie, with two manga being called one like the anime and the other Goblin Slayer: Year One, which could recount the beginnings of this hero Although I'm not sure about that because I haven't started reading it.

The following chapters of the anime aren't as horrifying as the first one might be, but it's not without the suspense that something like that could happen again. It seems to me a good test of the anime that its first chapter demonstrates the seriousness of the story, not because of its quiet protagonist but because of the cruelty on which his ambition to kill all the goblins is based.

Although I am a fan of anime, I do not end up falling into clichés that are always based on the same ones, Goblin Slayer being a clear example of not following the rules based on other installments, the hero is not powerful, he is not special, he does not have a hidden power or friends incredibly talented, his weakness made him able to think critically to achieve his goals with what he has at hand, not knowing how to act or predict what will happen, it is a story full of suspense and mystery that many might like, removing the strong scenes of sexual abuse that might not be enjoyable for many, myself included.
