The Greatest Estate Developer --- annoyingly fun!

Hey friends! :)
I'm going to share one of the many Webtoons I've read over the past couple of weeks. This time, it's a fantasy isekai type. It's full of adventure, but what I love the most about it is its humor. I couldn't stop laughing every time I saw the main character's face! It's called "The Greatest Estate Developer".

Kim Suho, an average civil engineering student in Korea, found himself waking up on a dirt road with a new identity. He became one of the characters of the novel he had read.
Unfortunately, the character he became was the biggest scum named Lloyd Frontera. He's the eldest son of a noble family. The only thing he's good at is drinking and making the lives of people around him miserable. His family is in a mountain of debt.
Suho knows what happens in the novel, so he's aware of his imminent doom. However, he doesn't want to end his new life the same way as in the novel, so using his engineering expertise and newfound magical skills in construction, he created modern innovations and city developments which later imrpoved the people's quality of life deviating the story away from the novel's unfortunate ending for his family.

The novel's main character is Javier Asrahan. He's the Frontera family's knight. Originally, he was to live a long and lonely life after losing everything he deemed special. However, it all changed when the new Lloyd appeared. Though sometimes he'd wonder whether he's a knight or a construction worker. hahaha

Despite being action and adventure-packed, I really enjoy it when they're trying to build something new. I also enjoy how annoyingly greedy Lloyd is, but in the end, he is someone with a big heart. It's mixed emotions every time because he can be so sleazy, but you know that he means well.

His numerous facial expressions are bound to give you a nightmare. hahaha But it truly is one of the highlights of this Webtoon. It's what I look forward to the most. It takes my stress away. hahaha I can't wait to see them again! And of course, I want to know what happens next.
The Webtoon is still ongoing with 182 episodes at the moment. The second season just ended last May 2025, so I'm waiting for the third season to start.
For sure, I'd read from the beginning before continuing once the third one starts. I miss Lloyd's annoying face already. hahaha
Anyway, I just finished reading another manhwa last night. It's still ongoing, and I've caught up with the latest chapter, which was also very enjoyable to read. It's called "Regressor of the Fallen Family". I'll talk about it some other time. There are more Webtoons I'm eager to share here in the coming days, so I hope you look forward to reading them.

I'll end the post with these muscle-obsessed orcs from the series. They are the most good-looking orcs I've ever seen in any Webtoon or manhwa. hahaha
Thanks for reading, and see you around! (^^,)/
