The main feature that sets it apart from other machines is its brewing temperature of 195 degrees Fahrenheit, which is the optimal extraction temperature to get the best flavor out of the coffee beans. It also has a switch to keep the coffee warm and a stopper to prevent dripping when the glass carafe is removed.

I have personally tested this machine and compared it to my old mister coffee machine and the difference in flavor was night and day. I highly recommend this machine, although it is a bit expensive. There are other SCA certified machines that brew at the same temperature, so if you're not keen on spending this amount, those are worth checking out.
