In this video, we look at the best way to store coffee at home. We look at 11 different storage canisters and containers, and try to understand which one is the best. We divide them into three categories: air tight, displacement, and evacuation. We then do a taste test and espresso test to see which one is the best.

The taste test results showed that evacuation canisters did a little bit better than the other categories. The Fellow and Vacuum Coffee Saver did well, but surprisingly the Coffeevac, which is a straight displacement system, also did well. The espresso test showed that the crema was not negatively impacted by the vacuum canisters.
