Mattapoisett Rail trail on a nice morning
Good Morning, today I am sharing a few shots of an early morning walk I took on the Mappaoisett Rail rail, which is about a 20 minute drive from where i live.
I have shared a couple of posts of walks there recently, but they really did not do it justice as they were on walks on mornings that were foggy, but looking through my photos for ones to edit and share, I came across some from a walk I took when it was a bice morning there and I had completly forgotten about, I think I had imported them, but hadnt gone through and filtered them, or should I say rated.
What do I mean by rated, generally after I import photos I go through them, and do a couple of things
IN lightroom I color code them, blue for single shots, and red or yeloow where I have taken three shots at different exposures for HDR editing.
Then I go through and first rate them all a 3 star, then look through and delete or make down to a 1 shots that didnt come out as I hoped they would and know I will probably never edit them, and then rate with 4 stars, any that jump out with me as a must edit shot.
That way I can put a filter for 4 star photos and see in my catalogue the ones I want to chekc out for editing.
But with these photos I clarly just imported tham and got distracted, so they were all un rated and hence I had bene missing seeing them. but I found them today and will share them
Mattapoisett Rail Trail runs west to east for approximately 2 miles with paved sections through woodlands and elevated bridges over sensitive coastal marshes and beach. It connects directly to Fairhaven’s Phoenix Trail’s 4.5 miles so you can bike, walk, or jog for over six miles on this flat, easy path
