the idea is quite simple...

1. mfg leds.
2. putting leds in underground tunnels.
3. produce food !

north korea? must be cold :) and you know to have a reliable food expand producers in the continental china has never been a bad option as long as it's not detrimental to the domestic economy :).

but you know it's a 3 sentences idea... nothing serious...
