Today I will be sharing with you some healthy preparation of a spice you will love to look out for to incorporate in your drinks. Its a wonderful spice I bought over the weekend, but we do not know how healthy and amazing it is.

Checking it out on the internet, I found out how amazing it is. Healthy and versatile.
Clove is this special spice I want to share with you in a recipe of tea 🍵 I prepared. Cloves are the aromatic flower 💐bud of a clove tree in the family of Myrtaceae. They are native to the Maluku Island in Indonesia 🇮🇩.

Considering clove tea 🍵 aids indigestion, its best to enjoy a cup of it after meals or before meals, and in preparation to this tea, I have combined it with cinnamon and orange for more flavors.

Here I show you the step by step for making this tea 🍵.

INGREDIENTS;

7 pieces of cloves
1/3 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 ball of medium size ripped orange
2 glasses of spring water
1/2 teaspoon of premium sugar

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

Step 1.

I will start preparation by first washing and slicing the orange in rounds, then cut into fours. Keep readily.

Step 2.

 I will set the water to boil then will add the cloves.

Step 3.

Will allow to boil for at least 5 minutes, then added the cinnamon .

Step 4.

In another minute will add the orange and the sugar .

Step 5.

And will allow to boil to incorporate all the flavors and aromas.

Step 6.

Once ready I will pour it in a bowl to allow cool down a bit.

And will sieve it into a jar 🏺 for serving.

Then add some sliced oranges 🍊 into it for freshness .
