In india, at many places, we were taught that "Mata prathamo Guru" It means, Mother is the first teacher for their kids. Our ancient texts stress the influence of the family, especially the mother, on children learning. This makes Home the first school in a child's life. Being a parent is not to an easy job, but when a person get into the shoes, they were tested all corners of the persoanlity. Mere bringing up the child's in this life is not about parenting. It requires proper nurturing of the children and to give them a good environment for growth and development. Home is the perfect setting for a child's physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual growth. This makes the parents the child's first teachers.

Before the child's get into race for the academic atmosphere, degree and qualification, home is where a child's initial development occurs. Seeing their parent in front in most of the time, a child abosrb many things from them. In fact, children learn many useful things at home, which helps build their human personality. For example, children learn to sit, walk, speak, and more at home. Children who are taught good lessons from home show good behavior towards everyone. Parents being the building blocks we slowly absorb many things from our parents.

Though , I must confess that we can never be like our parents. They were the souls from different planet. Infact if we compare, ourself with them, we nowhere stand near them. They were strong, energetic, and a different stature personality. Being raised in conservative family, we alwsys maintained a distant with our parents unlike the modern millennial who goes hand in hand with their parents. Immaculate them is never possible, but the best way to live is to grasp knowledge from them as much as possible and apply in our life. And I did manage to grasp few in all these years.

My Mother is a symbol of Love and affection and fogiveness.

The best cook we ever get in life. Noone ever cooks better than her. A true model of love affection and caring, protective. Use any adjectives in the dictionary and you will find each of them best suits the mother. The best home maker, and the best love one can get in life. A true symbol of patience. There were many qualities to take along, but with changing lifestyle and modernization adapting each of them in life will be quite challenging.

Still I learned to love and care without expectation in return. She keep taking care of us, but never ever complained to anyone. Alwsys supportive and standing to protect us. This teaches us not to expect much when you are true to heart. Just keep loving your things and keep living life mindfully. When I sees her kind and forgiving nature , I tried to acquire it while growing up. This is a tough quality for anyone to master. It takes practice, patience, and humility. And I did my best to let them in my lifestyle. There is no need to cursing others, or arguing. At times when people are losing patience, and get into arguments, there is nothing better than forgiving in todays time. I am happy to be safe by applying the characteristics in me. When we sees their kind and forgivinnsss I too acquire the trait while growing up

My father a symbol of strength and resilience.

Just imagine a time when we do not get all the comfort and lifestyle that we enjoy today. My father used to came from that era. Father plays a significant role in a our development. One who carter all our need and taking care like nothing else. He taught many lessons. I remember once I used a casual world in Hindi to one of the relative and he was very prompt to pinpoint me. He was so expressive in his approach wish I could have them in my life.
Rather, I found another traits in me that I saw very similar to him. Mindful expenses, and valuing saving. At times when people are swaying for show offs and expensive lifestyle. My dad was alwsys grounded. He never showed off in his time. He made sure to provide us with all the facilities but never let us to go beyond the limit. His approaches to life was very simple and that what I also implemented. Better to stay in control.

Life is a great teacher.

Life is full of surprises and challenges. At times, when we face troubles and challenges in the wave of modernization. Remembering our parents and assuming how they would deal the situation will always help. They are the role model, whom we grown looking after. We cannot be exactly be like them, but favoring and adapting their characters and traits simply helps in resolving my life issue.
