Hi friends. Greetings to everyone from Ukraine. I'm new to this community.
I want to share with you a find of street art that I came across in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine.

 This is my entry for the CCC's Street Art Contest #146, hosted by @digi-me.

I want to present you an art installation in one of the underground passages of Kyiv. This is an installation of a prison corridor, where behind each door is the fate of an ordinary person who is deprived of freedom by the russian federation for political beliefs, religious views or simply for love of his country.

This installation was created on the initiative of the non-governmental organization Crimea SOS, which since 2014 has been fighting for Ukrainian Crimea, which was brazenly annexed by the russian federation, and Crimean Tatars and Ukrainians who disagree with its policy are thrown behind bars on falsified and absurd charges. Since 2022, in the Ukrainian territories occupied by russia, tens of thousands of Ukrainians have been expelled from their land, and thousands of Ukrainian soldiers and civilians are in russian captivity in inhumane conditions.

According to the intention of the authors of the installation, you will pass this transition in 2-3 minutes and come to the surface to a normal life, while Crimean and Ukrainian political prisoners and prisoners of war continue to be unjustly imprisoned.

At each of the doors, you can see a QR code and download a specific prisoner's story, thereby releasing information about them.
This installation is a reminder to all the free people of the world about how important it is to value freedom and not be afraid to fight for it, because otherwise freedom can be easily lost...

Я хочу представити вам художню інсталяцію в одному з підземних переходів Києва. Це інсталяція тюремного коридору, де за кожними дверима - доля звичайної людини, яку російська федерація позбавляє свободи за політичні переконання, релігійні погляди або просто за любов до своєї країни.

Ця інсталяція створена за ініціативи гроадської організації КримSOS, яка з 2014 року бореться за український Крим, який нахабно анексувала російська федерація, а не згодних з її політику кримських татар та українців кидають за грати за сфальстфікованими абсурдними звинуваченнями. З 2022 року на окупованих росією українських територіях десятки тисяч українців були вигнані з їхньої землі, а тисячі українських військових і цивільних перебувають в російському полоні в нелюдських умовах.

За задумом авторів інсталяції, ви пройдете цей перехід за 2-3 хвилини і вийдете на поверхню до нормального життя, а кримські та українські політичні в’язні та військовополонені і далі відбувають надумане покарання.

Ця інсталяція нагадування всім вільним людям світу про те, як важливо цінувати свободу і не боятись за неї боротися, бо в іншому випадку свободу можна легко втратити…
