The Nativity scene is used all over the world in private residences, commercial establishments, and places of worship to commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ during Chrstmas time

I have a collection of Nativity scenes, not only the usual figurines of porcelain, but also in silver rounds!

The middle rounds (above) are both made by Silvertowne. You know that they are made by Silvertowne by the reverse design, which features a big snowflake in the field's center and smaller snowflakes dispersed around it. Holly leaves line the round's edges.

This last one is the

silver round produced by Intaglio Mint. It looks like this was the Intaglio Mint's version of The Adoration of the Shepherds by Guido Reni (1575 – 1642), an Italian Baroque painter.
