My son was now able to relax after finishing school and madrassah. He looked so relieved when the classes were over. He lay down on the mat, enjoying the sun, and then sat calmly with a sweet grin.

Kids have their own ways of getting their energy back. I think they don't always require toys or plans.

As a mom I encourage my son as sometimes all they need is to rest, play, or do nothing. Seeing him enjoy these little things made me remember how crucial breaks are for kids' brains.

A little rest gives them back their energy, happiness, and interest in the future.
