To begin with, I want to highlight a couple of details that you may have already noticed. I wanted to create a triangular shape for this drawing, as well as a kind of S shape using the character's body.
Once this structure was ready, we could make the sketch. This took me some time because I adjusted the character's tail many times until I got something I felt comfortable with.
To finish, we made the line art with this brush, which leaves a certain texture like that of a black graphite pencil.

Al empezar quiero resaltar un par de detalles que tal vez ya notaron, quise hacer una conformacion triangular para este dibujo, tambien hacer una especie de S usando el cuerpo del personaje.
una vez lista esta estructura podemos hacer el boceto esto me llevo algo de tiempo pues ajuste muchas veces la cola del personaje hasta conseguir algo con lo que me sintiera comodo.
para finalizar hacemos el lineart con este pincel que deja cierta textura como la de un lapiz de grafito negro.

Agregamos el color base, esta es de mis paletas favotiras azules jeje. una vez agregue todo el color base hice una gran luna de fondo y bien centrada creo que resalta aun mas el personaje pricipal.

We start blending from the background, trying to follow a certain pattern to simulate mountains and clouds in the background.
On a different layer, add mountains using a special brush. It's actually meant for painting fire, but if you change its colors, it looks like mountains in the background. Also add clouds and details to the moon, such as a glow effect around it. The contrast it has with the character will help us highlight it.

Empezamos a difuminar desde el fondo, trate de seguir un cierto patron para simular montañas y nubes al fondo.
en una capa diferente agregue montañas usando un pincel especial, en realidad es para pintar fuego pero si cambias sus colores se ve como montañas al fondo, tambien agregue nubes y detalles a la luna, como un efecto de brillo al arrededor, ese contraste que tiene con relacion al personaje nos servira para resaltarlo.

The body has the same color tone; the challenge is to add shadows and highlights in the right places. I made a preliminary version and continued with other details. Later in the process, I highlighted the shadows a little more so that they would be consistent with the shadows on the rock where the character is standing.
Another detail I forgot to mention is that the snow or snowstorm is just particles with a blur effect.
I also want to point out that, in the entire drawing, the rock where the character is standing is the only layer that has a noise effect.

El cuerpo tiene el mismo tono de color el reto esta en agregar en el lugar correcto las sobras y luces, hice una version previa y continue con otros detalles, mas adelante en el proceso resalte un poco mas las sombras para que estas tuvieran logica con las sombras de la roca donde esta el personaje.
otro detalle que estaba olvidando mencionar es el de la nieve o tromenta de nieve son solo particulas con el efecto desenfocar.
tambien quiero resaltar que de todo el dibujo la roca donde esta el personaje es la una capa que tiene el efecto de ruido.

Bonus content

As a little joke, a friend whom I always show my drawings to before publishing them made this PSA montage. Haha, the idea came about because I was talking to her about Holozing cards and she thought it would be funny to see what a card made by me would look like xD.
