Be Cool in the Pool of Hidden Valley Mountain, Wave Pool and Beach Resort I Pinamungajan, Cebu

Hello, wonderful people of this beautiful community. How are you today? I hope you are all safe and sound. Today, I will be sharing with you another mountain trip with family and friends and my first time trying the wave pool which is very cool and enjoyable.
It was in the mid-summer that my family and friends think of a plan that will surely unwind everyone. Luckily, we come up with a wave pool to try another adventure on how it feels to be in that wave pool and for sure everyone wanted to try it as well.
The journey to the wave pool is not that easy because this is our first time going into the place - Pinamungahan, Cebu. To make sure we were on the right way, we rent a van that can drive us all the way. With the help of google maps and waze, eventually, we arrived safe and sound in the place.
There are different pools in the Hidden Valley Resort, you will enjoy dipping in their wide pool hidden between mountains.
The moment we reached the place, I was so excited to try and dip in the pool already. I was mesmerized by how wide and wonderful the place is.
There are different cabanas and cottages for rent near the main pool. The cabanas and cottages rentals depend on the size of the number of people who will occupy them. A lot of people are only staying in the main pool because the cottages are also there and kids will surely love it because there is also a pool for kids.
Adjacent to the first pool is a flower plantation. And what I love in the area is their unique design of rooms. The design looks like a watermelon fruit.
Kids will also love the place because aside from the wide pool for kids, there are also paintings of animals near the area which kids love to take pictures of.
If you want to relax from nerve-wracking papers, you can take a deep breath and walk around the aisle of flowers near the pool. It was so cool!
Looking for more adventures, we went to another pool which is situated in the upper portion of the area. To reach the place, you can either walk or ride in their club cars. And we did! Our first time riding in club cars.
Up the hill, you will surely enjoy the view. Another pool and another beautiful flower garden are displayed in the area.
Oh, the flower pots displayed outside were so amazing. It adds to the attraction of the place.
Trying their adult wave pool for the first time is very exciting. By using a generator, the pool will make a wave for 30 minutes. At first, it was just so chill because it was so slow but after a couple of minutes, the wave of the pool is becoming wild. You need to hold your feet stronger so that you will not bump on the edge of the pool.
At last, we tried! We never thought it was so fun in the wave pool just do not stay long or else you will become dizzy. If you don't know how to swim you'll think twice if you will jump into the pool. Your eyes will never get bored of the view there, it was fantastic.
Kids will surely love the place especially when they hear the signal that the pool will be having its wave. Kids there race to the center of the pool and wait for the waves with excitement on their faces. What makes it more fun in the waves are the genuine waves of laughter of the people experiencing it. I can say that there was no room for stress there.
Walking beside the wave pool is also fun. You can sit and relax on their wide Bermuda Grass. You can also make a pose on the stairs in the middle of the pool.
On the upper portion, there is also a wide Bermuda grass where you can bring your kids with you and take a picnic. There were also a mini park and playground above. Surely, kids will not be bored. It was all in one. A place where you can enjoy and play, swim all day long, and stay if you want.
For overnight guests, they also offered room rentals. Dormitory Rooms for 8 pax with complimentary breakfast, free entrance, and use of wave pool plus free use of cottages is 5,000Php/night or 90.86 USD. Family Room for 4 pax with complimentary breakfast, free entrance, and use of wave pool plus free use of cottages is 3,500Php/night or 63.60 USD.
Hidden Valley Mountain, Wave pool, and Beach Resort is also accepting training, seminars, wedding receptions, and other important gatherings. They have different function halls and wide grounds that would accommodate you on any occasion you want.
If you love to try the zipline, and sky biking, well this place offers you such a wonderful adventure.
HOW TO GET THERE?
Hidden Valley Mountain, Wave pool, and Beach Resort is located in Barangay Lamac, Municipality of Pinamungajan. Approx. 1.5 hours away from the city.
For commuters, take a bus from Cebu South Bus Terminal going to Lutopan, Toledo City. Inform the driver to drop you off at Eskina Bunga for Hidden Valley. Bus fare is 60Php per head, while travel time is about 2 or 2.5 hours depending on the traffic. From Lutopan, take a “habal-habal” (motorcycle) going to Hidden Valley Wave Pool. (Fare may vary for a single person or two people in the motorcycle.)
If you’re bringing your car or private van, you can use google maps or waze to navigate going to Bunga, Lutopan. From there, you can ask locals for the exact destination of the place in a shorter route.
Indeed, our first-time trip to Hidden Valley Mountain, Wave Pool, and Resort is quite amazing. This is our first time trying a wave pool. It was such a wonderful experience for all of us.
Learning new things and having great experiences while traveling makes life amazing. Life is wonderful, indeed full of wonders like this wonderful wave pool.
