Para esta ocasión quiero compartir con todos ustedes un dibujo que hice hace unas semanas, es una medusa que significa mucho para mí, si siguen leyendo les cuento por qué. 🥰

For this occasion I want to share with all of you a drawing I did a few weeks ago, it's a jellyfish that means a lot to me, if you keep reading I'll tell you why. 🥰

Este lindo animal marino me gusta mucho por su forma y su apariencia gelatinosa, no sé porque, pero se me hacen interesantes y lindas para dibujar, hace un tiempo quise hacer una pero recuerdo que no confíaba mucho en mi y decidí calcarla en vez de intentar dibujarla, así que en esta ocasión decidí que era momento de intentarlo y la verdad es que me sentí muy bien, al ver que lo logré sentí mucha satisfacción y entendí una vez más que debo confiar en mí, en mi talento y prácticar.

I really like this cute marine animal because of its shape and its gelatinous appearance, I don't know why, but I find them interesting and cute to draw, some time ago I wanted to make one but I remember that I didn't trust myself and I decided to trace it instead of trying to draw it, so this time I decided it was time to try it and the truth is that I felt very good, when I saw that I did it I felt very satisfied and I understood once again that I must trust myself, my talent and practice.

Esta vez decidí comenzar estruturando un poco, no suelo hacerlo y entonces se me hace más difícil dibujar, y es que me ha costado un poco eso de las estructuras, quiero comenzar a dibujar y ya, así que esta vez hice una liena vertical inclinada y un círculo para guiarme.

This time I decided to start by structuring a little, I don't usually do it and then it becomes more difficult for me to draw, and I've had a little trouble with structures, I want to start drawing and that's it, so this time I made a vertical inclined line and a circle to guide me.

Partiendo de la estructura, comencé a darle form al dibujo primero dibujo el cuerpo de la medusa.

Starting from the structure, I began to shape the drawing, first I drew the body of the jellyfish.

Fuí poco a poco dandole forma, me dio mucha risa porque sentí que estaba dibujando una gelatina (el postre) literal. 😆

I went little by little shaping it, it gave me a lot of laughter because I felt like I was drawing a literal jelly (the dessert). 😆

Luego hice los tentáculos y en esa parte me divertí mucho, si supieran que esa era la parte que más temia hacer porque la veía muy difícil, pero la verdad no fue nada difícil más bien lo disfrute, obviamente no es idéntica a la imagen de referencia, pero entendí que a la hora de copiar un dibujo tampoco es necesario que sea identifico, a mi me gusto mucho como quedo.

Then I made the tentacles and in that part I had a lot of fun, if you knew that was the part I was most afraid to do because I saw it as very difficult, but the truth is that it was not difficult at all, I really enjoyed it, obviously it is not identical to the reference image, but I understood that when copying a drawing it is not necessary to be identical, I really liked the way it turned out.

Para el coloreado quise usar los colores de mi marca personal, si se habrán dado cuenta para mis portadas siempre uso morado, rosado y turquesa más que todo en tonos pastel porque amo esa combinación de colores y también amo los colores pastel, siento que quedo muy bonito dejando de lado el hecho de que aún no domino bien la técnica de lápices de colores, pero voy progresando.

For the coloring I wanted to use the colors of my personal brand, if you have noticed for my covers I always use purple, pink and turquoise mostly in pastel tones because I love that combination of colors and I also love pastel colors, I feel that it looks very nice leaving aside the fact that I have not yet mastered the technique of colored pencils, but I'm progressing.

Y así quedo, ame el resultado y ame vencer mi mi miedo a no poder, este 2025 me esta gustando, me estoy atreviendo estoy intentando salir de mi zona de confort y eso me hace muy feliz. 🥰

And that's how it turned out, I loved the result and I loved overcoming my fear of not being able to, this 2025 is pleasing me, I'm daring, I'm trying to get out of my comfort zone and that makes me very happy. 🥰
